Section 3: Parent Volunteer Opportunities
We Need Your Help!

Please review the below descriptions and select up to three volunteer opportunities that you would be interested in contributing to.
Coaching – Assistant/Head (we have practice plans)
Running Drills at Practice (instruction will be given)
Snack Organizer: Arrange, manage and send out a sign-up sheet for parents to volunteer in providing post-game snacks for the team.
Walk-Up Music: Play the provided personalized walk-up music for each player during games.
Scorebook: Maintain the scorebook during games.
Pitch Counter: Monitor and track the number of pitches thrown by each pitcher, on both teams, during the games.
Social Media Producer: Capture pictures and videos of the team’s games and events.
Fun Events Planner: Plan and organize team-building activities and community service initiatives throughout the season, and help coordinate gifts for players and coaches at the conclusion of the season.
Fundraising Member: Serve on the fundraising committee to help plan and execute fundraising activities to support the team’s needs.
Banner and Sponsor Team. Communicate with club sponsors, help order and create team banner, responsible for hanging team banners on dugouts, helping with tasks to fulfill sponsorship requirements.
